Frequently Asked Question Regarding The Selfie Mirror
How much space is required at my venue?
We ask that we have at least a 3.5m x 4m space to work in this allows enough room for group photos in front of the mirror as well as accommodating the props box.We do liaise with your venue beforehand to discuss these matters to suit everybody.
If you have opted to have a backdrop this is 8ft x 8ft and so extra space is required, though some of our backdrops are adjustable – PLEASE NOTE Ceiling height for the backdrop also.
How is the Pylon Ipad photo booth set up?
We arrive an hour before the start time required to ensure the Pylon is set-up and working correctly. This is done in a discreet way as not to take attention of your guests away from the day. You only want this to happen once your party starts.
What if it doesn’t work?
We have experienced staff to deal with all problems, software issues are resolved by a virtual team while hardware like the HTML Cable or the printer can all be replaced with spares within the hour. We have 2 Pylons so if the worst happens you and us are covered. We won’t be spoiling anyone’s special day especially their wedding day.
Can the Pylon photo booth go upstairs?
We have delivery drivers set up in pairs so stairs are not a problem for us.
How many photos do i get?
The married couple get a print out of every picture, a USB memory stick of every picture from the night and your guests get a picture of every photo they are in if they wish to. Unlimited photos really is unlimited.
I don’t need the Pylon Photo Booth for all that time, can I have fewer hours?
Yes, we can provide a tailored quote if the selfie mirror is required for less time.
Do you have Public Liability Insurance?
Yes, we are fully covered in our public liability of £5m, certification is provided to venues directly if required. We are also fully PAT Tested.
